Rondo 1 is the most unique addres in Warsaw.

The building was completed in March 2006 and has become a landmark in Warsaw’s skyline ever since. World class architecture and an excellent working environment make Rondo 1 the most prestigious office location in Central and Eastern Europe.

The Rondo 1 complex consists of two buildings: a 40 storey glass tower (building B) located parallel to Jana Pawła II Avenue and a lower, ten storey building with an opaque, glass façade (building A), situated near Świętokrzyska Street.

The Rondo 1 design was developed through a collaboration between the Polish architecture studio, AZO, and the world-famous American architects , Skidmore, Owings & Merill, who specialise in the design of high-rise buildings. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill are responsible for projects such as the Sears Tower and the John Hancock Building in Chicago. This is the first investment in Warsaw to offer an AAA class building with world class office space. The building and its management are flexible and able to fulfil the requirements of the most demanding tenants.

The highly efficient office area was designed on the basis of a 1.5 metre module system. A typical storey size varies between 1,400 and 1,500 square metres of usable area. The standard area was designed in the 'open space' system, but can be adapted to any arrangement the tenant needs. The depth of the office area is five metres, which ensures optimal access of daylight to all workstations. The building also offers the latest technical solutions and optimal facilities.

The main aim during the design of the Rondo 1 complex was to create an efficient office area in pleasant surroundings which could provide tenants with all necessary services and commercial functions. The complex therefore offers a number of facilities - a supermarket, fitness club, kindergarten, conference center, drugstore, financial services, restaurant are just a few.

Rondo 1 was the first skyscraper in Europe to receive the LEED® Gold Certificate in the “Existing Building” category. In 2016 after recertification process Rondo 1 receive LEED® Platinum Certificate in the “Existing Building” category.
